FEELING LIKE A FAILURE IN YOUR 30s?| HOW TO OVERCOME IT

FEELING LIKE A FAILURE IN YOUR 30s?| HOW TO OVERCOME IT Hello, Welcome to my world. Today let's talk about the feeling of failure, underachieved, worthless and hopeless when you are approaching the age of 30. Interestingly, when you hear people say they are approaching 30 and they have failed, it is usually because they are unmarried and have no children yet. My questions are, who determined that 30 is the goal or the age of achievement? Why are you putting pressure on yourself because of a mark someone else has set? My guess is, it is probably someone that sat down one day and said, if you are unmarried and you have no children, then you have failed. Then people just run with it. I feel like there is so much pressure on people to achieve so many things by the age of 30, when they have not been set up financially or adequately to succeed. The statement that, "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" is a slogan that a company came up with to s...

Take Life Easy: 7 Easy Ways

Take Life Easy: 7 Easy Ways I am taking life more easy now a days and I am at so much peace! Well… what will I gain if I don’t take it easy  🤣😂 , none of us is getting out of life, alive. Right? So you might as well enjoy it and take it a day at a time. I stopped being entitled I stopped overthinking I save but enjoy if I have to 😉 I mind my business and drink water I do things I have always wanted to do- like creating content, starting a blog, starting a YouTube channel. I love hard- “ I’m gonna lose lose you “by Meghan Trainor is my go to song to love. My friends know I constantly show my appreciation to them and let them know I love them. I won’t wait till they are no more to give them their flowers. I don’t force things — not relationships and not even a ponytail. One time, I woke up and I couldn’t put my hair in a pony tail. I texted my husband and asked for the details of the barber. I went there and cut my hair. I cannot be bothered. Live life and choose you always...

Pray/ Proclaim and speak good things into your Children’s lives

Pray/ Proclaim and speak good things into your Children’s lives   I remember I was little, about 5 or 6 years, when I heard my mum praying for her children’s marriages. I was surprised to hear her pray for my future husband, because I was quite small and I said in my head “I have more years ahead of me, can’t this woman wait till I am 18 years to say this prayer?”.   Well, I asked her later why she was praying for my future spouse. She said something along the lines, “I am breaking generational curse and securing a happy future for you and your sisters. It will all make sense when you grow up”. It all makes sense. I am glad for those prayers that my mum said.   When I had my first child, an older woman reached out and told me,    “The best gift you can give your children is to pray and proclaim into their lives. When we were young, we didn’t know this principle and so we focused on chasing money. We thought having money will help their future but from exp...

Looking for Love? Love yourself first and know your self worth

Looking for Love? Love yourself first and know your self worth.   I am glad I loved myself first and found myself. This helped me in choosing who to date, who to befriend and who to settle down with.    Know that, an empty jug cannot fill a cup.  You can’t give what you don’t have. Before you decide to love another, ask yourself, do I love myself? You need to love yourself and know your worth/value before you decide to love another.   How do you love yourself and know yourself worth? You can do that through the three points below:   Self-Reflection  Reflect on yourself by asking yourself questions such as Who am I? What do I like about myself? And why do I like these things about myself? What don’t I like about myself and why? What are my temperaments? What makes me happy? Is my happiness and value dependent on another person? What makes me sad? What do I do when I get angry or mad? How do I get over gloomy and sad days? Do I want to have children? Why...

Don’t give up on your Job Search

Don’t give up on your Job Search    Is your job hunting weighing you down? Don’t give up! Let me share my personal experience to encourage you. I have been there, it was exhausting! Are you feeling like:  You have been sending resumes after resumes and still no call back? Do you feel sad when you see people go to work and come back home? Are you tired? Do you feel like giving up? Do you feel unseen and worthless? I understand you perfectly well but don’t give up.  All you need is a yes! Just one yes and that yes is coming. But it won’t come when you give up.   My Story I have been on the job market before and I can tell you that it was not easy. I was applying and applying and applying with no response. And when there was a response, it was rejections and rejections upon rejections. During that period, looking for a job was a full time job for me. There were many times I felt like giving up but I knew giving up meant not finding a job. Don't give up!   What...
