In this write up, I will refer to the job as "the toxic job".  My Story This was my second toxic work environment experience. My first was a sexual abuse issues which is different from what I am about to share.  When I started  "the toxic job", everything was confusing and strange. Don’t give up on your Job Search    Is your job hunting weighing you down? Don’t give up! Let me share my personal experience to encourage you. I have been there, it was exhausting! Are you feeling like:  You have been sending resumes after resumes and still no call back? Do you feel sad when you see people go to work and come back home? Are you tired? Do you feel like giving up? Do you feel unseen and worthless? I understand you perfectly well but don’t give up.  All you need is a yes! Just one yes and that yes is coming. But it won’t come when you give up.   My Story I have been on the job market before and I can tell you that it was not easy. I was applying and applying and applying with no response. And when there was a response, it was rejections and rejections upon rejections. During that period, looking for a job was a full time job for me.
