Today, I am going to share some reasons why I cannot lose weight and maintain it. I have tried and lost weight successfully. Exercising and dieting helped me. So why is weight loss difficult for me? FOOD Personally, I love food. I love to cook and bake and so I love to eat. Just imagine goat jollof rice with shito and Cole slaw.
